Shipping destinations:

  • We ship to all 50 states and Canada. We hope to ship worldwide soon!

Shipping cost:

  • Orders over $65 qualify for FREE SHIPPING
  • Orders under $65 will be charged $4.50 for shipping to cover our all shipping/handling costs

Our standard processing time for Unfiltered orders is 72 hours (sometimes less) Monday through Friday.

After your order ships, you can expect your package within 4-7 business days (US orders) and between 14-30 days for international orders. Holidays and product restocks may affect this general time frame!

Unfiltered Beauty Co is not liable for shipping mishaps that are affected by customs, stolen packages, or USPS losses. We are not responsible for customs charges or any extra fees associated once your package has shipped.

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.

In the unlikely event that your product(s) arrive damaged or broken, please customer service within 3 days of receiving your package at support@unfilteredbeautyco.com

Please include photos of the matter and a your order # or screenshot of your confirmation email so we're able to assist you as quickly as possible!

For orders within the US, packages can only be considered "lost" if there is no movement on your tracking number after ten days from the day it shipped from our facility. Please send an email to support@unfilteredbeautyco.com if your order hasn't shown any progress from the carrier after ten days.

All Unfiltered Beauty Co products are formulated with you in mind. We infuse each and every product with wellness blends like vitamins and skincare ingredients to give your skin the love it deserves even while wearing makeup.

We love a good discount. Once you have added items to your cart, you'll be able to add your code at checkout. Make sure you click "apply" to see all the money you're about to save! If you need any help using a discount code, feel free to DM us on Instagram (@unfilteredbeautyco) or email customer service at support@unfilteredbeautyco.com before placing your order! We are not able to add discount codes to your order AFTER you place it, so please reach out if you need assistance! Discount codes cannot be used retroactively or combined.
